Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bk5 platform—whether via website or mobile app—you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use bk5.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the “User”) and bk5 (the “Platform”). Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally qualified to enter into this agreement according to Malaysian law.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To fully access bk5 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including username, password, and a valid Malaysian phone number. You bear full responsibility for all activity on your account.
You must keep your account password confidential and not share login information with any third party. bk5 will never request your password via email or messaging.
Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.
All information provided during registration must be truthful and your own. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify bk5 support via the platform's support email.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Use of the bk5 platform is subject to the following rules. Any violations may result in actions including account suspension or termination, as well as balance deductions where applicable.
- Users are prohibited from using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian laws or regulations.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, hack systems, or disrupt platform security is strictly forbidden.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any tools intended to manipulate the platform or game results is strictly prohibited.
- Users must not distribute defamatory, threatening, obscene, or illegal content through any platform channels.
- Any form of fraud, collusion, or attempt to manipulate game or betting outcomes will result in permanent account termination and legal action if necessary.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with applicable local laws regarding online platform usage in their location.
Bk5 reserves the right to investigate accounts suspected of violating these rules and take appropriate action without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the bk5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and FPX bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring their payment methods are legally owned and valid.
Deposits successfully credited to your bk5 account cannot be canceled after transaction confirmation. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes specified by the selected payment method—typically from a few minutes up to three business days depending on the method used.
Bk5 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security reviews, regulatory compliance, or identity verification. Users may be required to provide additional documents such as identification before withdrawals are approved.
Any transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and related balances may be frozen immediately.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Bk5 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or unexpected betting results. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bk5 platform—including logos, designs, text, software, images, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of bk5 or its license holders. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using such content without prior written permission from bk5.
Third-Party Links
The bk5 platform may occasionally reference third-party service providers such as payment processors. bk5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
Account Suspension & Termination Policy
Bk5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without notice if there is evidence of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or requests from relevant authorities. Any remaining balance in terminated accounts will be settled according to standard withdrawal policies unless linked to illegal activity.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Bk5 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page regularly to stay compliant with the latest terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed while the remaining provisions remain in full force.
